About Me

Hello everyone,

My name is Iqbal Hussain, and I am currently working as an Assistant Professor and researcher at Daboka HS School. Teaching and learning have always been close to my heart, and I feel proud to be part of a profession that allows me to shape young minds and contribute to the betterment of society through education and research.

As an educator, my mission goes beyond the textbook. I always try to create an environment where students feel inspired to ask questions, think critically, and connect their learning to real-life experiences. I believe in practical, inquiry-based learning that makes education both meaningful and enjoyable. In my classroom, I encourage open discussions, creativity, and curiosity, because I strongly believe that true learning happens when students are actively involved.

Apart from teaching, I am also deeply engaged in academic research, particularly in the fields of humanities, education, social sciences, and community development. I attend seminars, write papers, and collaborate with fellow researchers and journals to contribute to the larger academic community. My work often focuses on inclusive education, the use of technology in rural classrooms, and how we can make our education system more accessible and effective for all, especially in underdeveloped or rural regions like ours.

At Daboka HS School, I actively take part in curriculum development, student mentorship, and various co-curricular activities. Whether it’s helping students prepare for debates, essay competitions, or science exhibitions, I always make sure they get enough support and motivation to showcase their talents. I believe in nurturing students not just academically but also emotionally and socially.

Over the years, I’ve also been fortunate to connect with national and international researchers, contribute to journal editorial boards, and support academic publishing. I work closely with academic journals and indexing services, aiming to improve quality standards and visibility for regional and global researchers. My goal is to support open-access knowledge and encourage students and young scholars to write, research, and publish with confidence.

Outside of school and academics, I actively participate in community service and awareness campaigns. I have worked with several non-profit organizations to promote child education, environmental awareness, and digital literacy programs in villages. I feel that being a teacher means being a guide both inside and outside the classroom.

In everything I do—whether it’s teaching, researching, or working with the community—I try to stay true to my purpose: to make a positive impact. I believe that small efforts, when done consistently and with honesty, can bring about real change. My journey is still ongoing, and I continue to learn, grow, and serve with passion.

Thank you for taking the time to know a little about me. I hope to keep learning with you all and contributing to a brighter, better future for our students and society.
